| I have returned to what I love most, and that is real estate. Previous to Windermere, I worked at one of the most exciting e-commerce companies around, Amazon.com. And before Amazon, I spent several years in the commercial real estate industry selling and leasing industrial properties in the Seattle area for CB Richard Ellis. The driving force in returning to real estate was the desire to match my clients’ needs with their perfect house. I’ve negotiated purchase and sales agreement contracts that work in the best interest of my clients. In addition, I have created comprehensive detailed market studies for clients requiring information due to relocation into the Pacific Northwest. Real estate is a business that requires attention to detail, and I know when to align in-house and outside resources during all stages of the real estate transaction to achieve the best outcome for you. My goal is to assure your transaction goes smoothly during all phases of looking for a home. With a focused approach, attention to detail, and listening to your needs, I know we will succeed. |

| About Myself |
| I’m a native of Seattle, homegrown in the Pacific Northwest. Deeply rooted here, I cannot imagine residing anywhere else. Surrounded by water and mountains to our east and our west, the NW makes for an outdoor lovers haven for excitement. I’ve enjoyed becoming more familiar with the nearby islands on two wheels. Cycling Vashon and Whidbey Island are two of my favorites. You never quite know how hilly it is until you ride the island on a bike! With some of the world’s best fly-fishing, hiking, skiing and biking around, I grow to love this place more and more. In addition to the great outdoors, the restaurants and arts community have become another reason to stick around. I hope you enjoy living here as much as I do. |
